Rates and Rate Structure
We offer hourly rates or a flat monthly fee, depending on the nature of your business and your preference.
Pricing will vary by industry, number of employees and the various services needed; therefore these are general guidelines.
Small businesses (without inventory) and with $1,000,000 or less in annual sales can usually be managed for $300-600 a month.
Businesses with $1,000,000-2,000,000+ in annual sales can usually be managed for $600-$1,200 a month.
Businesses with more than $3,000,000 in sales may find it more cost effective to hire an internal bookkeeper but will benefit greatly from us handling the advanced accounting/reporting tasks and/or the oversight of your bookkeeping team.

Some businesses fall outside of these guidelines due to a large amount of and/or highly detailed bookkeeping needs – such as interior designers, construction companies, non-profit organizations and businesses with a lot of inventory. For these …and all businesses… we will review bank statements and other reports in your accounting program to determine the estimated number of hours required and the associated monthly cost.
